Why Ankagent

Flashcard generation with media, design, validation, and export.

Prompt to flashcards

Give Codex notes, lecture text, transcripts, or objectives and Ankagent structures them into atomic Anki cards.

APKG export

Generate importable Anki packages with basic, reverse, cloze-deletion, image, audio, video, and file support.

Custom card design

Translate prompts into fonts, colors, layout, spacing, and custom CSS while preserving the required Ankagent watermark.

Workflow

From source material to custom Anki package.

  1. 1Codex reads the user's source material.
  2. 2Codex adds requested media and design fields.
  3. 3Ankagent validates the deck spec.
  4. 4The user previews the cards when useful.
  5. 5Ankagent writes the final .apkg file.

Install

Run Ankagent locally with Codex.
